- Experience Questionnaire Wage Determination Wenatchee Asbestos Survey October 2010 Abatement Specifications Main Floor Work Area Drawing Basement Floor Work Area Drawing Signed Coversheet Asbestos Abatement Solicitation The project consist of removing asbestos containing material (floor tiles) and asbestos containing mastic from (3) rooms approximately 1206 SF, and remove asbestos containing mastic from (1) room approximately 27 SF. Replace wooden underlayment prior to placement of new flooring, if underlayment was removed during asbestos abatement. Provide and install new commerial grade sheet vinyl in two of the four rooms noted above, approximately 1035 SF, along with cove base. Paint the abated floor surface in two rooms, approximately 192 SF. Remove two asbestos containing pipe wrapped elbows located in the greenhouse.
