- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 859 rentable square feet to yield a minimum of 682 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office space in New York, NY. The Lease term will be for six years and shall be cancelable on or after the 3 rd year and must be located in Melville, NY and available for occupancy no later than May 1, 2011. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations, security and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.
