- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-RP-11-0187 for the following: The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, supplies, material, labor and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial Services at the Gerald B.H. Solomon (Saratoga) National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY. The contract term shall be for one base period and four one-year renewal options. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561720. Size standard is $16.5 million. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed, in writing, to Isiah Mack, Contract Specialist, at isiah.mack@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about April 18, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due on May 2, 2011 by 2:30 p.m. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments.
