- Modifications included below: 1) Period of Performance: 10 weeks from Date of Award 2) Requirement is set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS 541330, size standard $27 million. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, RI has a requirement for services to support Integrated Logistics Products (ILP) and Training for the Tomahawk Weapons Systems (TWS) and associated programs for Submarines and Submarine Training Facilities. Services shall be performed at the Contractor ™s facilities and at a variety of United States Navy shipboard and commercial locations. This acquisition will be processed using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a small business set-aside. NAICS Code 541330, size standard $27 million. Period of Performance will be 10 weeks from date of award. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) completion type contract is anticipated. DD254 will be included with the RFP requiring a Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret Level of Safeguarding. Evaluation will be based on Best Value methodology. A detailed Statement of Work, Best Value evaluation factors and other applicable documents will be released upon issue of RFP N66604-11-R-2715, which is anticipated to be on or about 04/22/2011. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award.
