Description

Gen II Plus Specs This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a need to purchase a total of 10 non-ITAR controlled mini night vision monocular (Part number SNVGMM2) with Photonis Gen 2+ intensifier tube case, eyecup, battery adapter and head mount. This acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acqusition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued. Delivery must be less than 30 days ARO. All quotes must be received no later than 5:00 a.m. (EST) on April 19, 2010 to email Michelle Buckholtz, Contracts Specialist michelle.x.buckholtz@usdoj.gov, or via fax 703.495.6509.
