- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the solicitation questions and incorporate changes into RFP attachments 10 (Instructions to Offerors) and 11 (Evaluation Criteria). Changes to the RFP attachments are highlighted in red font within each document. In addition, the proposal due date is hereby extended from April 25, 2011 to 4:00PM local time (Herndon, VA and Denver, CO), April 27, 2011. Acknowledgement of this amendment 0002 is required with your proposal. No other changes have been made to this Request for Proposal as a result of this amendment.
