- Description
- Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings including Revision 1, forming parts thereof, for the Repair Area, Building 36, Section 3E. Work includes repair of the area consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet, to include but not limited to the partial and/or complete demolition of existing walls, finishes, electrical, fire protection systems, HVAC. Construction of new walls, offices, conference room, and replacement and installation of a new suspended ceiling, carpeting, wall finishes, repair or replacement of raised flooring, dimmable lighting, power, mechanical, fire protection systems, and office and conference room furniture. The work shall be performed by a general contractor who has demonstrated experience in building and office renovation. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NGA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 336 calendar days. The project will be completed in a single phase. The approximate cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The NAICS code for this project is 236220, size standard $33.5M. This work is located at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63118-3399.
