- The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Department of Public Works, Ft Myer, VA has as a requirement for Kitchen renovation at the Fort McNair Officer's Club, Bldg 60, Ft McNair, Washington, DC. This requirement is being set aside as a Women Owned Small Business competitive procurement. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is Z199 and the NAICS Code is 236220. The solicitation is available on-line or by contacting Ms. Sherry L. Carner on 703-696-7105 or via email at sherry.carner@us.army.mil to receive an emailed copy of the solicitation. A MANDATORY site visit is scheduled for Thursday, 21 Apr 2011 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). All interested firms may attend, with a limit of two attendees per firm. Please submit, in writing, the names of attendees to Sherry Carner at sherry.carner@us.army.mil, by 12 noon EST on 20 Apr 2011. Indicate whether or not proposed attendees are US Citizens. Questions will not be answered during the site visit. All questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Office in writing via email. There will be only one site visit. Make-up dates will not be provided. All interested firms will meet at Bldg 60, Ft McNair for the site visit. All offerors must be Central Contracting Registered (CCR) to participate in this requirement. All proposals must be submitted the Contracting Office, U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Chief of Contracting, 101 Bloxon Street, Bldg 205, Fort Myer, VA 22111-1236 to be considered for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only proposals meeting the Army's requirements will be considered for award.
