Description
Statement of Work Request For Quotation (SF-18) (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) The solicitation number is HSBP1011Q0076 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-45. (4) The principal North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611710 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million. This procurement shall be full and open competition. All qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. (5) All line items and service descriptions can be found in the attached RFQ and Statement of Work (SOW) (6) The services requested are firearms training facilities in accordance with the SOW. The initial base period will be from May 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011. Two one year option periods are also included. The first option period runs from October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012. The second runs from October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013. All dates are inclusive. (7) Services will be at vendor's facility. (8) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (9) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commerical Items applies. The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the offeror who provides the lowest price, technically acceptable quote. Additional information can be found in the RFQ and SOW (10) FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, must be completed and returned as part of the quote. (11) FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (12) FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items applies to this order. Details may be found in the attached RFQ. (13) Any additional provisions or requirements are listed in the RFQ. (14) This is not a DPAS rated acquisition. (15) All quotes must be received by 17:00 EDT on April 22, 2011.
