- PR IQC11007009112. This solicitation will contain NSN 5855-01-519-4171, Lens Assembly, Focus. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-11-R-1382, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 1 base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Surge and Sustainment is not applicable. The required delivery is 147 days ARO. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 1,793 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 448 each and applies to the base year only. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item. Export Control Applies. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Certified Cost and Price Data is required IAW FAR 15.403-4. Subcontracting Plan is required as the estimated dollar value meets the guidelines set forth under FAR 19.702 (a)(1). EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Solicitation issue date is 02 May 2011. Solicitation closing date is 02 June 2011.
