- Military Sealift Fleet support Command is investingating the availability of a Small business on the west coast to perform a Regular Overhaul (ROH) of the USNS KAISER (T-AO 187) to be performed at contractor's facility on/about 3 October 2011 for fifty-five (55) calendar days. Offer area is CONUS West Coast, Hawaii, and Guam. Successful Offeror must possess an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). Work is to be performed at the Contractor's facility. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted. Only written requests via email will be accepted. The Contractor must demonstrate the ability to perform 50% of the dollar value not to include Material, G&A and profit IAW FAR 52.219-4. submit details to: henry.bijak@navy.mil
