- The subject requirement is for the Acquisition of 1 NSN(s) for variious end items. The major FSC(s) of this requirement is:2530. A Large Purchase Contract is anticipated with other than full & open competition applies. The Solicitation will be available on app. May 12, 2011 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Hard copies are not available Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destimation is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on the RFP. All responssible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evalutatioin factors as describedin the solicitaion.
