- Solicitation with Provisions Statement of Work This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. Please see the attached Statement of Work for details about the required training courses. The deadline for question submittal is 0900 on April 21, 2011. This posting will be updated by 1700 on April 25, 2011 with responses to all questions received. Please note that CCR registration is mandatory by time of award. Vendors are required to fill out the representations and certifications in FAR Clause 52.212-3 ONLY if their representations and certifications in ORCA are not up to date. Please do not submit a quote on the SF-1449. Quotes should include information about the courses being offered.
