- SF 1449 (Solicitation, Contract/Order for Commercial Items) Specification & Bid Forms (Part 2 of 2) for the Custodial and Pest Control Services Specification & Bid Forms (Part 1 of 2) for the Custodial and Pest Control Services THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to provide all custodial and pest control services at the US Fish and Wildlife Service leased spaces located at 16639 West Hardy Road, Suite 16639, Houston, TX. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) necessary to accomplish the effective performance of all services described herein. Contractor shall also plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The contractor will be required to provide custodial and related services in accordance with the requirement of this offer at the location indicated above. This contract will be utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on "Best Value" concept. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on FedBizOpps. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for release of amendments (if any) to the solicitation. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
