- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard intents to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price contract with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities Items under FAR Part 6.302 with McClellan Facility, LLC, located in McClellan, California. McClellan Facility is a Local Redevelopment Authority's Business Partner under BRAC and the Owners of the System. The requirement is for Inspection, Operation, Testing, Repair and Maintenance of the Fire Protection System, including: Deluge System, Wet Pipe Sprinkler Systems, Foam Water-Dry Pre-Action System, Automatic Fire Alarm Systems and Alarm Monitoring Systems that support USCG Air Station Sacramento located in McClellan, California. The Contractor will provide all Labor, Management, Tools, Supplies, Parts and Equipment necessary to support these services. The period of performance will be 01 October 2011 through 30 September 2012, with four (4) one year options. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 09 May 2011 with a 30 day response time.
