- The United States Government has a requirement to procure the Scorpion Thermal Sight and 2 year contractor furnished spare parts, to support Pakistan Law Enforcement and Special Services Groups. This solicitation is restricted to Nivisys Industries LLC, located at 400 S. Clark Drive, STE 105, Tempe, Arizona 85281-3000. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about May 06, 2011, and will result in the award of a firm-fixed-price contract.
