- Purchase Specifications Please see the attached file providing the specifications that we need. Calvin is the technical point of contact. Since this is a request for information, any interested party can contact Calvin to answer their questions. We have drawings of this servicing stand and can provide them upon request. All interested parties are requested to send answers to the questions below via email to jimmy.davis@hill.af.mil. Requested Information: 1. What is your company name and CAGE code? 2. Who is your point of contact and what is their email address and telephone number? 3. What NAICS code do you suggest for this acquisition? 4. Is your company a small business for this NAICS Code? If your company is a small business, is it also a women owned business, small disadvantaged business, 8a business, HUB Zone business, service disabled veteran owned business, etc.? 5. If a small business, would your company provide products of its own manufacture or would it provided products manufactured by another small business? 6. What do you estimate the cost will be? 9. Do you consider the requirements to be commercial (see FAR 2 definitions)? 10. Describe your provision of same or similar requirements. Include quantities, customer, and date of delivery and period of performance. 11. How much time would it take you to manufacture this product? 12. Discusses any concerns you may have with our requirement or specification. The information provided is for the Air Force's market research and is given understanding the AF has no obligation to pay for the information. The information may be used developing a request for proposals (RFP) but does not obligate the AF to issue an RFP or contract.
