- The Hines ITC has a requirement to provide an inspection of the entire building cooling loop water piping system within the HITC data center.located at 5000 S. 5th Avenue Bldg 215, Hines, IL 60141. The one-time inspection shall be scheduled within 45 calendar days after receipt of notice of award. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 541350, Size Standard is $7 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All quotes are due 4-22-2011 at 2:00 PM CST. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. No telephone requests will be accepted.
