- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please read the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a Brand Name or Equal Confocal Microscope in its entiety. The closing date and time of this solicitation is 9 May 2011, 12:00 p.m. CST. It is requested that quotations be submitted on company letterhead signed by an authorized company representative by the closing date and time. Quotes can be submitted by entering unit prices into the attached solicitation's line items, attached to a cover letter containing company name, address, contact name and title, phone number and/or email address. Please include a DUNS and/or CAGE code. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail to teri.newbauer@us.army.mil AND gloria.moreno@us.army.mil.
