- Request for Quotation form SF 18 (RFQ) including Statement of Work, Specification Sheets and Source Selection Criteria. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and the written solicitation is attached to this announcement. The solicitation number is HSBP1011Q0062 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-49. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423910 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. This requirement is a [ Service-Disabled Veteran Owned ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to robert.sieferman@dhs.gov no later than Tuesday, April 19, 2011. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. It is the intent of the Government to issue an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with the successful offeror. Task orders for product will then be issued against the terms and conditions of the contract as product is required. Product description, minimum specifications, clauses and provisions, and source selection criteria are all listed in the attached RFQ document. Also, required submissions by offerors are listed in the RFQ document. Failure to submit all required submissions with the quotation may result in the quote being determined as non responsive and not considered for award. Closing date of this RFQ is Friday, April 29, 2011 at 12:00 pm EDST.
