- Synopsis W912JD-230046, Bangor Aviation Readiness Center (RC), posted by the USPFO for Maine contracting office, is hereby rescinded and the anticipated posting of the solicitation is postponed indefinitely. The USPFO for Maine contracting office believes that this is the best course of action given the current budgetary environment and the associated uncertainty as regards future availability of funds for large projects. It is also our belief, however, that the necessary money to fully fund this project will eventually be approved and become available during the first or second quarter of FY12.
