- Attachment 2 - Product Description Attachment 1 - Instructions to Offerors SF-1449 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends on awarding a single firm fixed price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to the offeror that provides the lowest price technically acceptable to the U.S. Government. Period of performance: Date of Award through 9/30/2011. In accordance with a BPA quantities are undetermined and therefore quotes will be accepted for the pricing of one (1 ea) each for each item. Please follow directions from Attachment 1 when submitting your quote. This is a small business set aside and consideration will be given to small businesses.
