Description
The Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) has completed accepting proposals for the initial round of selections for the Signal Location in Complex Environments (SLiCE) Program Broad Agency Announcement (IARPA-BAA-10-10) released on 13 January 2011. However, the BAA will remain open until 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 12 January 2012 for additional proposals from qualified offerors. This program is classified at the TOP SECRET/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level. All potential offerors are required to provide a response to this notice so that IARPA can establish temporary Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Co-use Agreements. This temporary co-use will allow potential offerors the ability to receive and prepare responses to this BAA, and will remain in effect throughout the pre-award phase of the program. PLEASE NOTE: For this program, companies without an existing SCIF will be unable to receive the BAA. Those companies without approved SCIF facilities who are interested in performing on this program may wish to explore teaming options with companies that have existing SCIFs. Based on information provided by the potential offeror, IARPA will make all reasonable attempts to have co-use agreements established; however, the Government cannot guarantee a co-use can be established for each SCIF. Upon co-use approval, instructions for accessing the BAA will be sent to the identified Primary Point of Contact using the unclassified e-mail address provided. Interested potential offerors are required to provide information to assist in the establishment of the requisite co-use agreement. Please send a request for the required information form to IARPA. All requests for the form should be directed to dni-iarpa-security@ugov.gov. Requests for the form must be received by IARPA no later than 11 October 2011. Those potential offerors planning to utilize multiple SCIFs must provide information for each facility. If, for any reason the requested information cannot be provided through the electronic address above, potential offerors should contact IARPA Security, at (301) 851-7580 to make arrangements to send the information via other means (i.e. hand carry, fax, etc.).
