- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. COLUMBIA RIVER ESTUARY PATORLS - CASPIAN TERNS DISSUASION SERVICES Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and boat transportation to patrol and deter Caspian Terns in the Columbia River Estuary in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. A total of 18 days to be worked during May 2010 and June 2010. 12 days to be worked in May 2010 and 6 days to be worked in June 2010. All Offerors shall submit all the required documentation noted on page 3 of the salivation for the offer to be accepted. All questions need to be forwarded via e-mail to jean.p.bretz@usace.army.mil. Answers to any submitted questions shall be posted via an amendment to this spoliation posting. No questions shall be answered via telephone. All offers are due by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on 13 April 2011.
