- This combined synopsis/solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15 as supplemented with additional information included in the posting. The solicitation number for this effort is HHM402-11-R-0091. This posting includes the FINAL RFP. The NAICS code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, and the business size is $25 million. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov.
