- JA Document The required services are to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services, unless specified in this contract as Government Furnished Property (GFP) necessary to perform O&M of the BTS 24 hours per day seven days per week; perform O&M on the switching system(s), the inside and outside cable plant, network equipment, transmission systems, and all associated equipment described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix 5.2, which may include other systems (e.g. radio, etc).
