- Single award contract for the period of May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012 for the Social Security Administration. Restriction of a 75 mile radius of SSA Headquarters in Baltimore, MD. These specifications cover the production of self - and separate-cover books and pamphlets requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and distribution. The frequency of orders are a pproximately 15 orders per year and a pproximately 32 to 68,000 copies per order. Approximately 80 percent of the orders will be for 5,000 copies or less. Approximately 4 to 1,750 pages per order. Approximately 90 percent of the orders will be for 1,000 pages or less. Any trim size up to and including 8-1/2 x 11". The orders will normally be for 8-1/2 x 11" with approximately 15 percent of the orders for smaller trim sizes (typically 5-7/8 x 9-1/2", 5-1/2 x 8", or 5 x 8").
