- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Office, Leavenworth, KS intends to award a sole-source procurement, firm-fixed price, for a service contract to General Electric Company (GE Health Care) provide all labor, materials, and parts to maintain GE Definium 700 AMX Digital Mobile Imaging Equipment at the VA Medical Center in Wichita, KS. The estimated period of performance for the contract will be for the period of May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012 with four (4) one (1) year options. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (ii) (A) and (B): only one responsible source. This is not a solicitation announcement.
