- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to negotiate and award a contract on a noncompetitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) "Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" to Measutronics Corporation, 4020 Kidron Road, Suite 9, Lakeland Fl, 33811, for rental or purchase of 7 Trimble Trimmark III rental radios that broadcast at 450-470 MHz, 4 Trimble HPB 450 rental radios that broadcast at 450-470 MHz, 1 brand new Trimble R7 Base GNSS System complete with all required accessories and parts to receive at 450-470 MHz, 2 brand new Trimble R8 Rover GNSS Systems complete with all required accessories and parts to receive 450-470 MHz, and provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year support throughout the entire state of Florida. This product will be delivered to the Jacksonville, FL area. SIC Code is 2090, NAICS Code is 334511, Size standard is 750 Employees. The sole source determination is based upon Measutronices being the only eligible company that can deliver the desired products and or services needed. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
