- Requirement details with description and quantities. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION This is a request for information (RFI) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is only for information; no quotes are being requested. This RFI is seeking interested vendors to meet the Government's intent to award a contract for Reintegration Kits (contents described below). Request is for BRAND NAME or EQUAL. If providing an "or equal" item, the RFI must state the items are an "or equal" and the prospective offeror has the responsibility to ensure that any "or equal" items proposed are bonafide "or equals" to the items requested and must provide any descriptive literature and/or specifications with their RFI by the specified due date for information, to assist in the evaluation of their "or equal".
