Solicitation Number: FS040611 Agency/Office: Charleston Job Corps Center Location: 1000 Kennawa Drive Charleston, West Virginia 25311 Title: Cafeteria Subsistence Description: Charleston Job Corps Center (CJCC) is requesting quotes (RFQ) from qualified suppliers to establish a ninety (90) day contract for the provision of food and cafeteria supplies in accordance with the following specifications, terms and conditions. The contract will start from June 1, 2011 through August 3, 2011 with an option for a thirty (30) day extension. This contract will be put out for bid every ninety (90) days. Please review attached food and cafeteria supply listing and the specifications before submitting your proposal. You may send emails to the Buyer if you have additional questions. Place of Contract Performance/Delivery: Charleston Job Corps Center 1000 Kennawa Drive Charleston, West Virginia 25311 Duration of contract: June 1, 2011 to August 31, 2011 with an option for a thirty (30) day extension.
