- HSSCCG-11-R-00024 - Solicitation USCIS currently owns three (3) copies of AccessData FTK and the enterprise version will increase OIT's forensic capabilities across the network. By obtaining the services of AccessData Silent Runner Software - Mobile Platform and software maintenance, USCIS OIT will be gaining the ability to have digital investigations which can tackle complicated tasks of capturing, analyzing and visualizing network data. FTK / Silent Runner is a passive network monitoring solution that visualizes network activity by creating a dynamic picture of communication flows, swiftly uncovering break-in attempts, weaknesses, abnormal usage, policy violations and misuse, and anomalies. The Contractor shall provide one (1) person for nine (9) weeks (360 Hours) in one location in the Washington, DC area to perform the following: Task 1. Implementation of AccessData Silent Runner Software. Task 2. On-Site, first call, system support during normal business hours. Task 3. Staff guidance and augmentation on day to day systems operation.
