- U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service intends to make an award which shall be reserved exclusively for a small business for the following requirement. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the replacement of an automatic transfer switch for a Cummins Power System manufactured generator, Model number: DFJD3385424, Serial number: 25246943. See attached Statement of Work for specifications. All quotes shall be emailed to: john.wilkinson@ars.usda.gov no later than April 24, 2011. All responses shall be evaluated in order to determine the ability to meet the above stated capabilities. The Government intends to make an award resulting from this requirement to the responsive/responsible offeror whose offer represents the lowest price and is technically acceptable. The anticipated award date is April 25, 2011
