- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RENTAL OF AN E-CLIP INSTALLING MACHINE, USED AT RAILROAD, RENTAL DURATION IS FOR SIX (6) MONTHS. THIS MACHINE IS TO BE ABLE TO INSTALL CLIPS ON BOTH RAILS IN A SINGLE PASS. THIS MACHINE MUST NOT BE A WALK BEHIND MACHINE. THE PRICE IS TO INCLUDE SETUP, TRAINING, DELIVERY AND PICKUP.
