- Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has a requirement for one (1) 36 inch MSS SP-67A, Class 150B butterfly valve assembly and one (1) 36" AWWA C504, Class 150B butterfly valve assembly. Both valve assemblies include a valve body, an electric actuator, and a handwheel. A complete Request for Proposal (RFP) with detailed specifications for each item will be available on or about 04 February 2011. Proposal due date will be on or about 08 March 2011 at 2:00 P.M. Central Time. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. No hardcopies, faxes, or emails will be available. Please register as a source to be notified of RFP Amendments, Clarifications, etc. However, it is the responsibility of the contractors (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all available information. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registered requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-866-606-8220.
