- Response to RFI #1 The purpose of this announcement is to seek information from industry relative to the Propulsion subsystem portion of the overall Future ICBM Sustainment and Acquisition Construct (FISAC). Further information on the FISAC can be found on FedBizOpps by referencing solicitation number FA8214-09-R-FISAC. The attached document Propulsion 3-28-11 describes the information we are soliciting through this announcement. This announcement will be updated periodically to include the draft request for proposal and the final request for proposal as well as any needed amendments. RFI Responses #1 posted 6 Apr 2011. The closing date for this RFI is extended to 25 April 2011, 3:00 PM MST.
