- RECOVERY : Professional Engineering Services to provide Construction Management Services for an Independent Testing Agency (ITA) for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Project at the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building located in Ft. Snelling, Minnesota. RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, has awarded a delivery order under the existing Region-wide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Architect and Engineer Contract to Kodet Architectural Group, Ltd. (Kodet), Contract Number GS-05P-09-GB-D-0011, in the amount of $272,148.75. Kodet will provide construction management services for an independent testing agency.
