- Spec SOW RFQ This is a notice to intent to solicit from a single source for Retensioning guy wires at Momote antenna, Saitama, Japan in accordance with attached statement of work and spec. 374CONS intends to issue a purchase order to Denki Kogyo Co., Ltd. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements due to time requirement in response to service. Interested persons may identify their interests and capabilities to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
