- This combined synopsis/solicitation is amended to clarify the delivery requirements: The chip seal oil will be delivered in multiple deliveries of individual orders to occur between 7/5/11 and 9/30/11. The vendor will be contacted a week before deliveries will begin to confirm and coordinate. Once project begins, the Park will call the vendor a day prior to delivery to order quantities and time for delivery for the next workday. Product shall be delivered in an insulated 6,000 gallon or greater capacity tank with the oil termperature between 165 - 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The park will order at least one tanker per day and occasionally two or more. Due to inclement weather, sudden weather changes, or the fact that the park has limited storage capabilities, it is possible that the Park will be returning oil back to the vendor during these conditions.
