- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center - Fort Eustis will be issuing a competitive 8(a) set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Network Enterprise Center at Fort Eustis, VA. The purpose of this contract is to provide C4IM common-user baseline, common-user enhanced baseline (above baseline), and mission services for the garrison and tenants of Fort Eustis, Fort Story, Fort Monroe, Fort Lee, and 720 Thimble Shoals Blvd, Suite 130, Newport News, VA 23606. The Government anticipates the award of a Indefinite-Delivery Requirements contract with Firm Fixed Price task orders to the successful offeror of this requirement. The period of performance: 30-day phase-in period, 11-month base period, and three (3) 12-month option periods, if exercised. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The designated NAICS Code is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services with a size standard of $25 million. It is required that all contractors doing business with the Government be registered with the Central Contractor Registry at website: http://www.ccr.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. No additional information regarding this procurement will be available prior to the release of the RFP. The entire solicitation (W911S0-11-R-0012) will be made available on the Government Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and FedBizOpps (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov, on or about 2 May 2011. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
