- Solicitation number is SPM4A6-11-R-1274, IQC11010009036, Stock Number, 2835-01-034-6930, Housing, Pump. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than full and Open Competition. NSN is non-commercial and Not a Critical Safety Item. Approved sources of supply are THOMAS INSTRUMENT & MACHINE CO, Cage 5H860, P/N: 87251-01 and TRANSDIGM INC, Cage 81833, P/N: 367104-1.The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 1056 each. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and each option year is 528 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 132 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 528 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 43 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is April 25,2011, with a closing date of May 25, 2011.
