- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R- 1273, IQC11010009035, 4920-01-080-4020, Roller, Maintenance. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. Non-Commercial and is a not a Navy Critical Safety Item. NSN is a Critical Item Application. Surge and Sustainment are not applicable to this NSN. Approved sources of supply are VAL ROLLERS, INC. CAGE 0B039 Part Number: AM3885G. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 108 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 27 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 108 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 27 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 108 each. The maximum annual contract quantity is 216 each. The requested delivery is 68 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
