- Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Cryptologic Systems Division (CPSD) intends to purchase 34TAZI Contract Maint 4GE569/569 hardware server package for Automated Ground Filter Unit software. The following is required: 34TAZI Contract Maint 4GE569/569 hardware server package for Automated Ground Filter Unit (AGFU) software to support replacement of boards with Sealevel 470E device, QTY: 1. CPSD intends to make an award to NovoSoft Solutions Inc, CAGE: 1XTL3. The NAICS is 541511. Novosoft Solutions, Inc is the original developer of the AGFU software suite and is extremely knowledgeable of the both overall architecture of the software, as well as the individu! al scripts. As a result, no other vendor can provide the 34TAZI Contract Maint 4GE569/569 hardware server package for AGFU software within the required timeframe to meet the Government's scheduled requirement. Refurbished or Surplus items are not acceptable. The Government intends to make an award in the April 2011 timeframe. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available. If a firm is capable of providing these exact items, please contact the Contracting Officer within ten days of this announcement. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. Proposals are due no later than 11 April 2011 by 12:00 p.m. CST.
