- This is a solicitation for brand name commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes. The United States Department of Agriculture, National Information Technology Center (NITC), Kansas City, Missouri requires quotes for the maintenance and technical support of the following items: JBOSS Enterprise Application Platform, Managed, 64 Core Premium (Part Number MCT2071), Quantity of 1. The period of Performance will be from date of award through September 30, 2011. JBOSS Enterprise Web Platform, Managed, 64 Core Premium (Part Number MCT2091). Quantity 1. The period of Performance will be from date of award through September 30, 2011. On-Site Training Class: JB335 JBOSS for Administrators for 12 students. The exact date and time of the training and associated travel expenses will be determined after date of award. This requirement is unrestricted an only qualified resellers may submit quotes. Seller must be able to document their ability to provide items through manufacture approved distribution channels upon request. CCR Requirement - Company must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to receipt of award, pursuant to FAR 4.1102 and other applicable regulations and guidelines. If vendor is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Please submit your quote to Jennifer Adams, Contracting Officer, no later than 6:00pm CST, April 8, 2011. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
