This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals / quotes are being requested and writen solicitation will not be issued. This request for quote (RFQ) is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Subpart 13.5. This quote is being done on a full and open basis. See 4 page attachment for additional information.
