- The United States Government awarded a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration in Bedford, MA at Hancom Field. The Government required 615 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 615 ANSI/BOMA office area and 10 adjacent parking spaces.
