Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, W91243-11-T-0011, is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS code 611519 with a size standard of $6,500,000.00. This requirement is for a firm fixed priced contract for the following services. The Nebraska Army National Guard (NEARNG) is a military organization tasked with defending and supporting state and federal missions. The NEARNG requires on-site class room training in the fundamentals of Biological Processing. The course purpose is to train a select group of NEARNG soldiers biologically hazardous material awareness and remediation. The scope of the training will comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Biological Processing Course. Item 0001: Biological Processing Course - 24 Individuals. Lump sum price for class Item 0002: Travel- Airfare Costs and Rental Car Costs for duration of training. Item 0003: Lodging and Meals per Federal Travel Regulations for duration of training. Item 0004: Contractor Management Reporting (CMR). The Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this RFQ and technical capability, price and past performance are the specific evaluation criteria. All offerors will complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. Offers are due 12 April 2011 no later than 1:00 p.m. CST (local time) at the USPFO for Nebraska, 1234 Military Rd, Lincoln NE 68508.
