- Attachment III - Past Performance Survey Attachment II - Quotation Instructions and Evaluation Criteria Attachment 1 - Statement of Work SF 1449 - Solicitation_DJA11RFP0011 This is a competitive acquisition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns, under the SBA 8(a) Programs, FAR Subpart 19.8. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) anticipates a Firm Fixed Price contract award with cost reimbursable for travel only. The contractor shall provide technical expertise, hardware, and software necessary to provide system support services in order to deliver a complete turnkey solution for Access 2000 (A2K). This support shall include implementation and maintenance of viable, up-to-date, automated cost effective and secure solutions of interconnectivity between ATF and the Firearms Industry Members (IM), software refresh, application implementation, and maintenance as required. The period of performance for this contract award shall be for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
