- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the LF Surface Drainage Repair throughout the Malmstrom AFB Missile Complex. Work includes grading and shaping of drainage ditches, removing/disposing of rip rap on site, cleaning culverts and installation of a concrete splash blocks. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and/or materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this contract in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. The Request For Proposal will be available on or about 18 Apr 2011. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 18 May 2011. The Performance Period for this project is one thousand eight hundred twenty-five (1,825) calendar days, which includes Winter Prohibition days, after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Winter Prohibition days will be from 1 Nov - 1 Apr of each calendar year. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is set aside for SBA certified HUBZone businesses. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/p/sq1/ccr.welcome). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 30 Sep 2011, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/). The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.
