- This is a COMBINED PURCHASE REQUEST for the following PRs#0022701533, 0027165854, and 0027262640; NSN: 6695-01-215-9790, Meter Movement, The approved source is: Moog Inc, cage 1K426. Alternate offers will not be accepted. The Contracting Officer: Janice Richardson, 804-279-6336. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Please don't submit your request to DSCR-VABA. Subject RFP is for a Firm Fixed proposal. The estimated issue date: May 23, 2011 with estimated closing date Jun 23, 2011. Subject item is non-commercial. Configuration Control applies. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at destination, and 292 days delivery. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
